The working relationship that your Southeastern Physical Therapy Department has with your SIMED physicians is virtually unmatched anywhere else in this community. When your physician issues your order for physical, occupational or aquatic therapy, our mobile scheduling team is there to greet you and set up your first therapy appointment before you leave the office. Our goal is to make every experience you have with Southeastern Physical Therapy as enjoyable and convenient for you as possible.
From our mobile scheduling to our same day or next day appointment availability, our patients are our primary concern. During your treatment, should our therapists or your doctor have any questions or concerns, they are available to consult about your particular case. From start to finish we strive to deliver the quality care you have come to expect from your SIMED providers and integrated services.
